If the user is not prompted for the Exchange password when Outlook is opened, click File and then uncheck “work offline.” Username should appear in the following format: EXCHANGE\username. Users should be trained to briefly check that they are not offline when they launch Outlook.

Click Tools – Options – Mail Setup Tab and click the send/receive button. Check the box to send/receive every 5 minutes or so if you want to simulate an IMAP connection.

Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Users can access their email, calendars, contacts, etc. via the Internet Explorer browser by going to https://exchange.osogrande.com/exchange and logging in with their username and Exchange password.
