If you've been told by Qwest that DSL is not available, please call us in Albuquerque at (505) 343-7639 for a New Edge Networks DSL pre-qualification. Often times, New Edge Networks is able to provide DSL in locations Qwest is not.

ADSL-ADSL service is a residential DSL service. The "A" in ADSL stands for asymmetric. The download speed is significantly faster than the upload speed. ADSL speeds are typically denoted in the following fashion: download speed/upload speed. For example, 768/384 ADSL has a download speed of 768k, with an upload speed of 384k. ADSL does not have a specific CIR (committed information rate) nor is a service level agreement provided.
