Background Checks FAQ

Background Check FAQ

· How do I print Metro Court Records?

Metro Court Records use Telnet by default, which has no option to print - so you will need to download Netterm in order to print. Netterm is "freeware" - so you can download it at www.download.com. You can also access it from the downloads area of these support pages. After downloading Netterm, you will need to configure it to work properly. The following instructions will allow Netterm to work properly on your computer:

1) After installation, click File, then phone directory.
2) Select "Telnet Default" for the host name.
3) For the Host/IP, type aquarius.osogrande.com
4) Use port 2349 for the Telnet Port.
5) Select tcp/ip for the connection - Click OK
6) Choose Options and click Set Registry Telnet Handler, then OK

Note: You do not need to open Netterm - it will open automatically when accessing the Metro Court Records.
