General Computer FAQ

General Computer FAQ

· My computer is running more slowly than normal. Is there something I can do to speed it up?

If your internet connection is slow - you may want to purge your temporary internet files occasionally - say maybe once every 2 weeks or so.

If you computer is running slowly in general - try running a defrag by clicking Start - Run - typing defrag and click OK. It may take a while to run, but can improve your computer's performance considerably. Defrag cleans up your computer and organizes the data so that your harddrive access time works more efficiently.
