Of course, you still have the option to download through webmail, but this gives you an extra "shield" against viruses.

These symptoms are indicative of having spyware on your computer. You will need to open another browser like Netscape and download anti-spyware software like "Spybot - Search and Destroy" for example. Or, purchase software that includes spyware detection.
