· How can I be certain I'm not downloading a virus from email?
One of the best preventative measures against viruses is to never let them on your computer in the first place. An excellent way of doing this is by using our Webmail at http://webmail.osogrande.com. By viewing your email as a webpage, your email actually stays on our server and never "touches" your computer - so it cannot possibly infect your computer that way! Of course, you still have the option to download through webmail, but this gives you an extra "shield" against viruses. If you have an anti-virus product - get whatever updates are available and run it. Norton's is located at http://www.symantec.com/downloads/ Mcafee is located at http://download.mcafee.com/us/ Mcafee - http://us.mcafee.com/virusInfo/default.asp?cid=9451 Norton - http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/support_options.html Also, check our Forum on Security and Viruses These symptoms are indicative of having spyware on your computer.
